Jab + Cross + Slip

You should already know how to do the 1 2 (jab+cross). Now, all that’s left is to throw a slip at the end. Here is how it looks.
Jab + Slip
This drill is the same as the previous one, just without the cross. I encourage you to work on your slip before doing this one, as it’ll be difficult to learn. Again, you don’t have to have a punching bag or a coach to learn it. You can use shadow-boxing to your advantage.
Training boxing at home without a punching bag
If you don’t want to buy a punching bag, that’s entirely valid. That said, you may find it difficult to feel the strikes you throw, as you won’t have any medium to do so with. Therefore, it’ll be difficult to hone your punches.
Nonetheless, you can still train boxing at home without a punching bag. All you need to do is use shadow-boxing. If you’re unfamiliar with it, let’s begin with the basics.
Shadow-boxing is a way of practicing boxing without any equipment or people. You’ll be imagining there’s a boxer in front of you that’s fighting you. Then, you’ll start punching the air, as if the opponent is still there. That way, you’ll hone your technique without a punching bag.
Shadow-boxing is one of the best ways you can train from your home and whenever you want. You may even be able to improve your punching power as a result of this type of training.
